Job Description
To assist in the management of client teams and their activities in order to enhance and add value to the service levels provided whilst minimizing the time spent by the team on technical and non-technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Client responsibilities
Day to day management of client teams, their activities and service delivery.
Reduce the amount of time that technical staff spend on non technical activities.
Enhance communication and client service by acting as a central point of contact for all activities. Facilitate the key account process to ensure that sales opportunities and relationships are identified and initiatives are followed up and promoted.
Improve working relationship with other Ernst & Young offices/ service lines.
Identify, disseminate and communicate the appropriate knowledge to all stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate communication medium is agreed and implemented.
Introduce and drive new initiatives throughout, ensuring compliance and greater efficiency. Challenge the way the team works to ensure that the appropriate resource is used for the responsibility.
Be proactive in raising the profile of the ASA role, ensuring maximum utilisation and personal development.
Plan, manage and review ongoing technical resource requirements.
Assist with budget setting analyse / challenge work in progress, summarise costs against budget and highlight overruns.
Coordinate the production of account plans, record and monitor opportunities, relationships and client satisfaction.
Prepare and distribute material for meetings, facilitate discussion, distribute minutes and follow up on action.
Raising profile of niche, selecting relevant sponsorship opportunities and coordinating all stages of events
Aiding in publication of external advertisements and articles
Initiate independence process to ensure continued independence requirements are adhered to
