In this role you will provide travel management solutions to multinational and large local clients within dnata Corporate Travel and ensure that they work closely with the operations team to successfully achieve the objectives established by the company. Furthermore, you will ensure that all aspects of the clients’ needs are met and recommend suitable service solutions.
Liaise with various branches of clients' offices regionally, to set up a standard consolidated travel policy, standard accounting, regional corporate deals etc.
Lead the communication between all concerned, once set up has been established, and create detailed and relevant MIS reports as needed, which will be submitted to client?s head office.
Work within the constraints of Regional / Global agreements and ensure that the relationship is advantageous to clients
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
5+ years in Sales or Customer Relations, working with regional and global clients
Ability to negotiate with people at all levels, including at a senior level
Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyse results, in order to make recommendations to improve operation methods and processes, hence enhancing client satisfaction
Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
Strong communication and presentation skills when presentation to senior management
Ability to prioritise both in terms of workload and also in prioritising which initiatives / actions will have the greatest business impact
Other languages besides English would be an advantage.
