- Working closely with both internal and external customers in managing the administrative requirements associated with shipping and returning rental equipment
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including entry of contract details, material lists and associated documents within the order management system
- Generating and maintaining reports regarding order history, open orders, back orders, etc.
- Timely customer billing by producing appropriate control prints and final invoicing packages
- Responding to customer issues in a timely and effective manner
