Job Description

Your responsibilities
  • Working closely with both internal and external customers in managing the administrative requirements associated with shipping and returning rental equipment
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including entry of contract details, material lists and associated documents within the order management system
  • Generating and maintaining reports regarding order history, open orders, back orders, etc.
  • Timely customer billing by producing appropriate control prints and final invoicing packages
  • Responding to customer issues in a timely and effective manner
