As an Activities Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the facility, the activities and managing and motivating your staff, implementing strategies to improve sales and customer service.
You will ensure the Team Leaders and Instructors carry out exceptional levels of health and safety for both customers and fellow staff members and that they provide an activity experience that goes beyond the customers’ expectations.
You will be required to monitor and administer the general upkeep and maintenance of all safety and attraction equipment, SOPs and risk assessments. You will need to make sure the brand image and corporate guidelines of Adventure HQ are followed at all levels.
You will need to administer the rules and regulations of local municipalities and international safety regulators for all activities within the store.
You will actively ensure that the store is achieving sales and KPI targets. You will ensure that everyone works as a team and will also promote strong collaboration within all teams across the store.

You are a friendly and confident person with a passion for indoor and outdoor activities. You lead an active life and understand the psyche of an active lifestyle. You lead and manage by example. Customer service and the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues and your customers should be your main priorities.
You have managerial experience in adventure centres or indoor/outdoor activity facilities and recognizable qualifications in climbing would be advantageous.
You must be able to communicate clearly and provide confidence to those around you in your actions. You must be a leader and not a follower. You are an initiator and out-of-the-box thinker. Smiling, positive energy and dynamism are a must! Sociable and extroverted people welcomed.
You are a computer literate, excel trained and good with numbers. You must be able to work in a team of mixed nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
Flawless communication skills in English are essential as are strong PC skills. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
