Job Description

1. Receiving office phone calls/fax and transfer corresponding information
2. booking air tickets and hotels/ arranging travel and accommodation
3. arranging meetings and keeping notes;
4. helping staffs internal or external on clerical tasks;
5. ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
6. Organizing and filing paperwork, documents and office-based information;
7. Taking care of division warehouse including: division Gift/give away, computers, soft ware’s, Products samples, catalogues, spare parts;
8. Staffs visa, office certificates annual exam;
9. Office administration contracts;
10. Division HSE affairs;
11. Working with other divisions Admin for office integrity affairs


1. College degree
2. Hard working and knows how to work with people and system
3. Self motivated, team player, and work independently, negotiate skill
4. Good English and Chinese communication skills in both spoken and written
