Job Description

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member the general Assist in filing system and file all correspondence
the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and respond to public inquiries.


Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration.Performs receptionist functions.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries.
whenever Re-direct calls as appropriate and take possible
adequate messages when required.
Support the Executive Director and other staff.
Assist the Executive Director and other staff as  requested.
Provide administrative services for the Executive  Director.
5. Perform other related duties as required.
