Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member the general Assist in filing system and file all correspondence

Perform clerical duties in order to maintain administration.Performs receptionist functions.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries.

Support the Executive Director and other staff.
Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested.
Provide administrative services for the Executive Director.

Interested applicants should have a minimum of HND. Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
