Job Description

Summary: The ideal candidate will assist in the achievement of Company objectives with the facilitation of Recruitment, Remuneration, Human Capital Development and other Administrative roles             Responsibilities: 
  • Source for applicants, screen, test and interview them, making sure only the best fits are employed
  • Notify existing staff of internal opportunities when they arise
  • Maintain proper personnel records vis-à-vis new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, pay increase,  leave bonuses and the like
Qualifications and Requirements:   *Minimum of OND.
  • A minimum of one(1) years of working experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, work independently and cooperatively with team members.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
