Job Description

    Must Have at least 2-5 years post NYSC experience.

    Ensure that the working environment is conducive enough to yield productivity and furnishing essential office supplies.

    Must have basic IT knowledge and background

    Must Maintain an accounting and an effective document and filing management system so as to make it easy for information retrieval and utilization.

    Must not be more than 33 years old.

    Maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the workers in the organization.

    Experience in an IT firm is an added advantage.

    Must be creative in thinking and ability to work without being supervised.

    Should be able to make essential recommendations to the management regarding more effective and more organized handling of operations within the Company.

    Maintain close supervision on the daily functions of the staff. Also Organising and chairing meetings with staff.

    Female has more advantage

    Must have Good oral and written communication skills.

    Must exhibit good secretarial & managerial skills.
