Administrative assistant perform a range of administrative tasks in an organization

Responsibilities

  sort and distribute income in mail to areas and staff within d organization and dispatch outgoing mail.                                         write business letters, report of office memoranda using word processing.                                                                                          answer telephones enquiries from customers, attend to visitor and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries    file papers and documents
