Job Description

  • The primary function is office and/or administrative management.
  • The admin officer will manage,co-ordinate, and supervise a group of subordinates that provide the administrative support functions to the organization.
  • Assisting in the budget preparation process, controlling budget expenditures and revenues.
  • Providing direct supervision that includes conducting performance evaluations, the incumbent will be expected to carry out special assignments for staff.
  • Identify problem areas, determine solutions and implement changes.
  • Independent judgement, interpretation and application of a variety of regulations,statutes .
  • As part of the administrative management/supervisory role, posses knowledge and ability that extends to developing work methods and procedures, and modifying existing procedures that will accommodate an ever-changing environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
  • Fielding telephone calls.
  • Receiving and directing visitors.
  • Word processing.
  • Creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.


  • HND/BSc in any related discipline
