Job Description



Requirement :

  • Maintain day-to-day administrative and personnel services in order to meet and support the teams operations.
  • Carry out office administrative task.
  • Responsible for flight and ticket reservation for the operations team.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of personnel files and other relevant document.
  • Take minutes of operations team meetings.
  • Provide support for matters relating to the premises and operations.
  • Must be able to use MS Office proficiently.

Qualifications :

OND, HND/ B.Sc in Administration or a related field.
