Job Description

Provide general and specific administrative supports

Responsible for the preparation of Staff Timesheet

Assist in procurement of stationery and consummables

Responsible for payment of wages to tempoary workers

Responsible for vehicles / fleet management

Responsible for procurement of air tickets, hotel booking for staff and expatriates

Assist in filings and staff documentation

Cleaning supervision

Any other job that may be assigned

Requirements

HND or a university Degree in any discipline

Minimum of 2 years cognate experience

Candidates must be residing in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lagos

Professional qualification is added advantage
