Position Details: Schedules and manages meeting logistics including - room reservations, catering, conference call/video conference coordination, visitor badges, wireless guest access.
Assists with on-boarding and off-boarding process for employees and contractors.
Organize office moves, furnishings, computer equipment, office keys, supplies, etc.
Submits service requests for maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and furniture.
Assist staff with procurement of office supplies, business cards, cell phones, etc.
Manages Purchasing Card including timely reconciliation of monthly charges.
Coordinates Domestic and International travel arrangements for assigned Managers.
Setup and maintenance of email distribution and contact lists.
Approves access to assigned computer resources.
Supports staff by providing prompt and accurate creation and editing of PowerPoint and Word documents.
Works independently within defined key job responsibilities; identifies needs and proceeds on routine, well-defined tasks with minimal or no supervision.
