Ensure operational efficiency by continuously meeting or exceeding agreed client's services standards such as timely opening, closing and amendment of client's account
Ensures efficient filing of client's instructions on account opening, closure and amendment
Opening of security in SeCCURE
Set-up of various client standing instructions in SeCCURE
Ensure proper set-up of charges for client's account in SeCCURE
Monitors proactively accounts with document deficiency to identify and avoid risks to clients, Bank/Group by ensuring prompt and accurate reporting
Dispatch of Thank You letters and duplicate copies of documents to new account holders
Have a good academic background with a Business Degree.
Must have skill to maintain good customer relations
Ability to handle a variety of changing situations
A good appreciation of the general economic, political and business environment of the Philippines
Have a fair knowledge of the operations and rules of the local securities industry.
Have the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment due to tight deadlines and increasing trades.
Have analytical mind and exercise mature judgement.
Be computer literate.
Possess good oral and written communication skills.
