Job responsibilities- Advising Expert (Planning and Support)

Review and analyze existent processes;

Prepare recommendations for improvement according best O&G practices;

Prepare recommendations for developing standards;

Provide consultations to managers of the company and project offices, up to the Company President

Demonstrate examples of best-practice in major IOC.

Review all interfaces within C&P business process and interconnection with other business processes;

Conduct presentations and in-house trainings;Coordinate implementation.

Analyze vendor prices, markets;Analyze O&G majors in terms of best practices selection to implement in Company’s work-flow process;

Analyze benefits and losses of implementation of different strategies;

Implement and supervise new work-flow standards; 


Requirements Advising Expert (Planning and Support)

Graduated degree in engineering, economics, finance, accounting or business from internationally recognized universities

Qualified Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS);

Membership and certification in professional organizations;

Qualification in oil and gas industry.

Not less than 10 years’ experience in oil and gas;

Practical knowledge in managing international procurement procedures;

Confirmed experience (more than 10 years) of work in major IOC (International Oil Company) or major IEC (International Engineering Company) on leading positions in C&P, orConfirmed practical experience of work in major international consulting or companies in leading positions for major IOC or IEC (the reference to not less than 3 fulfilled analogues ะก&P alignment projects to be submitted);

Confirmed experience in developing and/or successful introducing and/or implementing into the IOC/ IEC procurement cycle the following procedures (all mentioned below but not limited by.
