Train BCs on all P&G portfolio of fragrances and Makeup/Skincare, update on all new initiatives & Sales techniques.
Deliver BIC advocacy program through training sessions.
Ensure that BCs are motivated and dedicated; Ability to energize and enable BCs to deliver best sales results
Implement proper grooming for all BCs: Basic Uniforms. Promotional uniforms.
Build strong and mutual relationships both internally and externally with partners to create win-win solutions.
Recruit the proper candidates for the job.
Show flexibility and adaptation for other tasks: BCs commission scheme, incentive scheme.
Organize BCs annual training/incentive trip, to deploy new initiatives and motivate BCs.
Track annual budget quarterly with by month allocation of activity
Manage advocacy travel plan.
1. Develop and raise the competence of people through coaching.
2. Operate with discipline.
3. Delivery with mastery various training sessions.
4. Build collaborative relationships with customers and Beauty Consultants. Highly organized, communicate in clear concise manner, listen attentively to others, ability to work fast, with attention & creativity, ability to travel frequently.
