Deloitte Corporate Finance Ltd is the Financial Advisory Services arm of Deloitte and Touch ME. The M&A team operates as an advisory boutique servicing major corporates and family businesses in the region.
The team accomplishes this through the commitment of its extraordinary people and technical expertise. The M&A team provide various advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital raise (debt / equity) advisory.
The M&A team in Deloitte Corporate Finance advises corporates across the Middle East and North African region on their strategic requirements for acquisitions, divestures or capital raises.
As an Analyst on the team, you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and will be given the opportunity to work on a number of assignments at one time. Due to the size of the team, deal teams are typically small and Analysts are therefore expected to assume important and integral roles.
Typically, an Analyst’s work will include: financial analysis, financial modeling, research, competitive analysis, development of client presentations, assistance in the execution of transactions, and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use.
- In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively in English and a desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure.
