The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides comprehensive technical support within the after treatment service team. The role will involve interfacing with customers and leading projects across function.
-Interface with customers to resolves issues with challenging applications.
-Approval of installation quality audits.
-Development of Technical Documents.
-Integration with current product and future business requirements.
-Provide comprehensive technical support to colleagues across the business.
-Reviewing vehicle CAD layouts during development to ensure the machine design meets requirements.
-Project Management with the ability to lead projects with cross-functional / multi-site involvement .
-To provide problem resolution for after treatment issues.
-Interfaces with sales, manufacturing and marketing teams to design and deliver solutions.
-Provide Technical Direction.
-College, university, or equivalent degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
-After Treatment Design/ Development and application knowledge
-Control System knowledge
-Previous knowledge of system integration
-Vehicle application knowledge
-Knowledge of coverage cost improvement initiatives.
-A background in project management
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
