The role shall involve driving CRM campaigns liasing with the internal stakeholders, provide direction in identification of target customers and campaigns to ensure proper coverage and effective communication to customers, introduce campaign management best practices, manage the campaign management process and monitor performance.
The successful candidate will have a Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business Administration with over 3 years of experience in multi channel direct marketing experience with a focus on email, push communication etc.
You would be a professional Marketing Communications expert with excellent relationship management, organisation and project management skills.
You shall bring forth direct marketing campaign experience.
Retail knowledge is essential.
