As an Assistant Management Couple, you will work as a team and play a key role in assisting in the management of our client's facility. You will assist the Facilities Managers in the running of the development which comprises of 118 fully serviced apartments offering the very best in luxury retirement living.
Dealing with elderly residents as well as all staff members, you will lead a team of around 50 housekeeping, catering, maintenance and marketing staff. You will ensure residents receive the highest levels of service through the proactive management of your team.
You'll motivate and inspire your team to achieve the levels of service that residents expect, and display the dedication, enthusiasm and flexibility to drive the team and facility to new heights of excellence.
You must have extensive experience within a management role in the hospitality industry and possess high commercial awareness.
Being able to manage budgets and knowledge of how to market a property to potential residents are also key. Equally important are your excellent communication and administrative skills to produce operational reports whilst managing a busy office.

This is a permanent position offering full time hours where candidates will work scheduled shifts across a 7 day week. Candidates must also be flexible in their approach to work in order to accommodate the needs of the facility.
