The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:
Involve in new product development & line process improvement
Provide the R & D manager with important but realizable research information, idea generation and knowledge as regards current opportunities in new technological developments.
Carrying out periodic work study on line processes by identifying the bottle neck process points and how to avert them; by providing correct interpretation of all data generated during the study.
Ensuring that proper stability study & shelf life determination are carried out regularly especially for newly developed products under research observation periods and preparation of regular reports as to all observations.
Any other assigned job.
The Suitable candidate must possess:
B.Sc/HND Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Tech, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Minimum of 10yrs experience with 8 yrs in Research & Development in the food & beverages industry and not more the 40 years.
Analytical skills, ability to interpret scientific data correctly and result oriented
Computer Literate and good communication skills very necessary.
