What you’ll give our customers as an Assistant Recoveries Manager
You’ll create and implement effective and timely recovery strategies, taking account of various potential issues and implications, renegotiating with customers on cases that have fallen outside a previously agreed repayment programme and giving consideration to offers in the partial settlement of outstanding payments. What’s more, you’ll deal with queries from customers or their advisors on a wide variety of topics in relation to repayment or security issues.

What you’ll need as an Assistant Recoveries Manager

Solid negotiation and communication skills are critical, and you’ll need to show us a high level of PC literacy and the ability to work well as part of a team.
