Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A University Degree in Development, Development Economics, Sociology, Managerial Psychology, International Relations Business Administration or any related discipline.
- An MBA / M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years cognate experience with 3 years hands-on track record in programme design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in consulting and the facilitation of training programmes will be an advantage.
