Job Description

The Associate, Learning and Development is accountable for successful delivery of learning solutions. The role works in partnership with the L&D Operations function to ensure that learning is coordinated in a timely fashion and that the learning participant experience is positive both pre; during and post the learning intervention. This role facilitates scheduled and just-in-time training programs, primarily within London and Continental Europe. 


Coordination (60%):


  • Works across departments (India L&D operations team, IT, Office Services, Hiring Team, Project Teams, etc.) to coordinate & schedule training events in any geography (sourcing appropriate venue, supplies, equipment, materials, catering, etc.)
  • Provides training participants with times, dates, and locations of training events (in conjunction with India L&D operations team)
  • Works with Learning Strategists and Delivery lead on putting together the training schedule
  • Updates and supplies information for creating the learning calendar
  • Greets new hires upon arrival in the office, as needed.
  • Manages the Records of all training programs and external training vendors (in conjunction with India L&D operations team)
  • Acts as first point of contact for all training related queries and channels these to relevant L&D team members as needed

    Facilitation and onboarding (40%): 

    • Facilitates and manages the induction programme, and creates a great onboarding experience for new hires
    • Manages key stakeholder relationships around onboarding
    • Inputs into, and takes ownership of, onboarding projects as required
    • Facilitates other core scheduled learning offerings

    • Analyse date for trends & propose recommendations
    • 1-2 years similar work experience. 
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
