Job Description


Plan, monitor & progress customer service activities in order to provide a consistently superior customer service experience with minimal delays at every transactional stage. Through initiatives leading to excellence in all customer touch points, position the Bank as a service driven organization & leader in the Real Estate Finance business. Coordinate with all internal & external support functions to understand any particular operational issues & alleviate bottlenecks facilitating faster turnaround of deal closures


Work with operations to address all post execution exceptions highlighted by different departments & based on self-reviews

Develop & maintain systems to measure customer service levels against established standards & take necessary action to communicate / advice / assist according to performance levels

Handle & resolve to the customer’s satisfaction complaints & instigate steps ensuring minimization of grievances going forward

Establish in consultation with Head REF & implement effective customer service strategies & plans & improve awareness of service quality across all customers facing & support functions

Responsible for the survey design & reporting the results of customer satisfaction projects to senior management


Knowledge of quality management & process reengineering methodology

Strong communication & planning skills, leadership & managerial skills

Multi-tasking & analytical capabilities

Minimum 7 – 8 years of relevant experience

Candidate should be a graduate. Master’s degree would be an advantage
