- Responsible for overall development of Battery brands in UAE
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding budgeted sales & gross margin target of Batteries.
- Develop key accounts and new customers
- Oversee day to day Battery sales and visit customers with sales executive and build rapport & long term relationship with the customers
- Regular monitoring of competitor's activities and provide market intelligence.
- Developing & strengthening different business channels that include dealer's network, government & fleet customers
- To ensure the warranty claims are handled efficiently and as per company policies.
• 8 - 10 years sales experience in Auto Industries
• At least 5 years experience in handling Battery brands
• Graduate / Diploma Holder in Automobile
• Diploma / Degree in Business Management are preferred
• Fluency in English and knowledge of spoken Arabic preferred
• Leadership skills, Sales planning, Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused, Team leader, Decision making, Individual Accountability
