The Delivery Manager’s prime responsibility is to manage the delivery of a BI Marketing solution typically as part of a business change project. The focus is to ensure production of agreed BI deliverables, defined by the Business/
Business Analyst, to an appropriate quality, in a timescale and at a cost acceptable.
The Delivery Manager may be aligned to major programmes for periods of time or work across multiple business change projects as IT Demand dictates. The role is key to driving software development efficiency.
Development and Management (At least 5 working at a management level in a blue chip consultancy and/or FTSE100 equivalent organization), preferably in the Marketing area.
Intimate knowledge and experience of world class business information / information management through the full lifecycle.
Marketing knowledge and expertise, sufficient to identify opportunities for business performance improvement through data and information exploitation.
Experience of directing, leading, influencing and operating in a complex geographical/functional matrix organisation.
Very good hands on knowledge of SAP BI and ability to exploit its Data and Information management capabilities for strategic business advantage.
Ability to put business challenges against proposals, and to assess their long term business value.
Up to date knowledge of relevant Business Information practices and
trends on the market.
A good first Degree and potentially a post graduate qualification such as MBA, Masters or equivalent.
Extensive senior level post graduate work experience in SAP BI
