Job Description

• Responsible for the overall management of the day to day operation of the branch.
• Develops and implements the annual branch budget with the assistance of the Plant Controller, Branch Sales Head, and PSVI Finance and Accounting Manager.
• Ensures the achievement of the sales and profitability budgets of the company’s branch and institutes actions to correct underperformance.
• Develops and implements sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales budget.
• Conducts monthly review of ageing of accounts receivable and ensure that payments are made on time.
• Reviews the monthly financial reports submitted by the Plant Controller to assess the profitability of the Branch.
• Reviews credit terms extended to the company’s branch customers
• Ensure timely submission of financial and operational reports to PSVI
• Ensure the efficient utilization of plant machineries and facilities to maximize production and minimize costs


• Age range at least 45 years old with 20 years of experience in executive level such as VP, General Manager or COO in a manufacturing/sales & marketing set-up.
• Graduate any business course preferably with MBA degree.
• Must be able to show good track record in business development and in successfully managing a large-sized company.
• Must be hands on, assertive, goal oriented and a self-starter.
• Superior management skills specifically in the areas of planning, organizing and decision making.
• Must be highly analytical.
• Ability to clearly express concepts and ideas in oral and written form to all levels within and outside of the organization and actively participate in discussions and meetings.
• Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the organization.
• Ability to persuade or take position within and outside of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate sales data and conceptualize strategies to achieve market dominance.
• Ability to prepare and manage the Annual Budget and Expenses of the Branch.
• Ability to handle projects immediately and efficiently.
• Ability to prepare the Sales Plan of the Company.
• Ability to systematize and prioritize varied activities within his department.
• Ability to provide direction to his subordinates in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to discipline his subordinates and ensure compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Ability to interrelate and collaborate with different levels of people internally and externally.
• Ability to appraise the subordinate’s performance and motivate them to improve and achieve the department’s goals.
