Responsible for ensuring a high standard of member and client frontline service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to member enquiries, increasing value to existing CMG members and prospective members.
Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained when providing transaction.
Ensure development of the frontline staff to increase skills and flexibility to undertake the various roles of the branch and ensure job satisfaction.
Support the Regional or relevant Branch Manager with the cost centre management of the branch, including the preparation, monitoring, and management and reporting of budgets in a timely manner.
Adopt good operational risk management practices within the branch, identifying, assessing and recording key risks within CMG’s risk and compliance framework.
In collaboration with the Area or relevant Branch Manager, ensure the development and implementation of the Sales and Action Plans for the branch.
Monitor Sales and Action Plans for the branch and proactively support staff to achieve the objectives, ensuring emphasis is placed on proactively seeking to identify member’s needs and offer solutions through cross selling, up selling and member retention.
Ensure strong knowledge in CMG products and services and maintain awareness of all promotions and marketing campaigns, communicating to team members in a responsive manner to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
Support the Regional or relevant Branch Manager in community activities to build the credibility and reputation of CMG and assist in identifying business opportunities, promoting the values of CMG.
