•Pioneers and implements measurable strategies and action plans that will drive profitable growth in sales revenue goals and increase brand awareness at the national and global levels
•Oversees the development of new products and services; develops a product roadmap and marketing plan that reaches target segments quickly and effectively
•Prepares implements and manages annual marketing budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•Evaluates the market landscape, monitors changes in market dynamics and competition to contribute to business and product development strategies
•Develops and executes innovative stakeholder communications strategies to educate and inform current supporters about activities and accomplishments.
•Conducts market research, analyse brand performances of company’s products and services, develops response strategies and reports market trends in profitability and pricing to CEO/GMD
•Drives business development activities and manages existing relationships to grow sales portfolio
•Supervises the activities of marketing teams; puts in place measures to effectively monitor performance towards achieving marketing targets/goals
•Establishes and manages a best in class and attractive web presence with on line contents and marketing materials to generate traffic and allow easy user interface on company’s webpage
•Leads communications team to create strong social media presence and innovative campaigns that empowers stakeholders to spread the company’s brand virally, increase quality of followers and volume of online sales
•Maintains internal and external professional relationships with international or local third parties, creative, media and PR and statutory regulatory agencies etc. to create opportunities for marketing the company’s products and achieve overall corporate objectives

Qualification & Experience:
•1st degree in any relevant discipline
•MBA or related Master’s degree and some International work experience could be an advantage
•Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
