You will promote the brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities by working closely with the brand and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR management and the Central Training team in coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand. You  will lead and inspire the entire team to ensure that Victoria's Secret remains at the pinnacle of the Intimate Apparel market in the World.


• A minimum of two years' training management experience within a large commercial organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications.

• Excellent brand understanding.
