Provides support to Procurement Delivery Process using Ariba system:
Handles end-user requests for service
Categorizes and prioritizes each request to ensure that adverse impact to business operations is minimized and normal service is restored quickly.
Performs optimization of system resources to improve efficiency/performance
Establishes and maintains standards
Works with the different teams and IT partners in the different parts of the world in providing services to our internal customers.
Participates in Procurement project implementation or modification/enhancements.
Assists in the achievement of Operational Excellence objectives for overall system reliability, security, availability, responsiveness, effectiveness, and operational cost:
Assists in developing and monitoring service level performance metrics.
Analyzes incident history records and conducts root-cause analysis on system failures that disrupt normal business operations.
Upgrades system quality assurance processes and/or makes application and infrastructure changes to eliminate future incidents.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields (e.g., Finance)
One year or more Ariba support or implementation expertise
Excellent customer focus and results-orientation
