Global corporate citizenship: Collects information and data to assist in the identification of community investment opportunities and distributes information and inquiries as directed.
Processes inquiries, coordinates logistics, and distributes information to facilitate community and university programs.
Support employee related outreach activities and coordinate volunteers. Maintains contact information and databases for internal and external stakeholders.
Processes correspondence related to external community inquiries and supports grant application process by organizations and universities with direct guidance.
Retrieves information and enters data that assists in the documentation of due diligence.
Retrieves information to create evaluation forms, presentations and templates.
Government relations: Assists in analyzing proposed legislation/regulations and routes information to subject matter experts.
Assists in maintaining relationships with external entities (e.g. government organizations, customers, universities, business associations) and supports to strengthen company positions through a joint sphere of influence.
Assists with visits by Government officials, Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
Assist in research and compiling reports on competitive activities, political developments and university activities across MENA region.
Support the development of needed metrics, presentations, and background papers, and reports.
Support BI and Communications in logistics and coordination for events such as speaking engagements, press releases, conferences, and offsite meetings, among others
Business development: Supports studies to identify customer requirements. Under close supervision, contributes to business case opportunities analysis by learning and utilizing research and evaluation tools.
Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Maintains databases to filter and disseminate industry information.
Compiles data from research using information technology to support the marketing process.
Researches customer, company, technical, regulatory, and other market information to support strategic planning analysis.
Generates standard reports.
Assists in the identification of market environment trends to support trend studies. Helps with compiling analyses for strategy presentations.
This position will open either in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi. In case it is opened in Dubai, it will require frequent travel to Abu Dhabi and vice versa.

Bachelor degree in related studies. Fluent in English and Arabic. Advanced MS office user.
