As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling our services to customers via the telephone in order to achieve sales targets.
Liaising with prospects, you'll qualify leads and effectively promote our products and services. Working alongside the Sales Team, you'll gather customer information, accurately input all data into our internal database system and prepare reports on sales activities.
You'll contact customers regularly to discuss further business opportunities, answer queries and resolve any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. Additionally, you'll suggest modifications to telemarketing campaigns and customer collateral based on any feedback.
- Previous business development experience OR
- Telemarketing experience
As a Business Development Executive, you must possess excellent communication skills, a positive 'can do' approach and an ambitious and driven nature. Assertive and diplomatic, you must also have superb multi-tasking skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to effectively work under pressure.
