Job Description

Creates, implements and measures a marketing plan to generate new

Business  leads outside of the OS Concepts current field of clients.

 Prospects and networks in the  to develop new long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on the promotion on the OS Concepts’ products and services through a consultative selling approach.

 Increases market presence by consistently and effectively networking within the community and maintains favorable community image.

Assists the marketing department with advertising materials/ campaigns for business development functions.

Comprehends and adheres to all company-wide and department-specific policies and procedures.

Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required


Self-starter who can work independently.

 Must possess strong sales and service skills and with demonstrated success in generating new business leads and meeting sales goals.

Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships within centers of influence, and to  partner with management team to develop new sales programs and marketing strategies.

Ability to maintain and foster positive relationships with our clients

 Possess in-depth knowledge and the ability to communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.

 Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.

 Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word

processing and spreadsheet applications.

Ability to conduct needs assessments, identify obstacles and develop solutions to

maximize these opportunities.

Manage a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
