To monitor competitor activities in the assigned business group and territory, and monitor customer satisfaction.
To handle customer complaints with dispatch and ensure effective resolution
Business and marketing strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved.
A first degree in relevant field, a Master degree will be preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years business development experience with demonstrable track record of success, particularly in selling services and IT solution to a wide range of industries.
A clear demonstrable knowledge of Nigeria’s media and technology environment would be an added advantage
Must be innovative, self-driven and possess requisite leadership skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and capable of working within a team.
