Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Excellence Specialist who will be responsible for bringing Business Excellence values to Select Auto through implementation and continuous improvement of all systems and procedures focusing initially on ISO certification programs including ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001and OHSAS 18001.


  • Key point of contact between Select Auto ISO Steering Committee and outsourced ISO implementation team
  • Preparation of quality manual and quality assurance procedures for ensuring compliances as per ISO  / OHSAS Standards
  • Conduct or supervise outsourced auditors in Internal Quality Management  / Health / Safety  / Environment System Audits
  • Proactively identifying the areas of quality failure / hazards and risks and environmental aspects using checkpoints and taking appropriate corrective/preventive measures to achieve stakeholder satisfaction and resolve stakeholder complaints. Implement process monitoring systems
  • Effectively manage the ISO projects to be completed on budget and in the shortest reasonable amount of time
  • Act as a change agent to foster best business practices by introducing quality management concepts to the Select Auto staff through in-house and external training programs and by providing direct guidance, support and mentoring as appropriate.


To be successfully considered for this role, you must have the following experience, skills, knowledge & competencies;

  • Must have at least 5 - 7 years of professional experience
  • Must be an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Internal Auditor
  • Must have experience in QA / QC in a large international organization
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing more than one project at a time
  • Must have the ability to succeed in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Must have high level of initiative, problem solving and decision making ability.
  • Must be target oriented and have the drive to exceed demanding challenges
  • Must be willing to travel to Afghanistan, Iraq and other austere locations
  • Must have an excellent attention to details
  • Must have good collaborating and communication skills
  • Must have good critical thinking skills
  • Must have a good ability in managing conflicts
