Job Description

Management of the hepatitis C business including Marketing and Sales Force activities.  


Key Responsibilities: ·Understand and support patients throughout their journey ·Understand key stakeholders behaviors, perceptions and needs ·Understand key hepatitis C market trends ·Ensure positive differentiation of our regimen ·Anticipate and outmanoeuvre key competitors’ strategies and tactics  ·Franchise sales results ·Efficient usage of allocated human and financial resources ·Accountability for approved Franchise profit & loss (P&L)  ·Lead the Local Brand Team, ensure that its objectives are shared by all members and continuously encourage Brand Team members collaboration and team spirit ·Coordinate development of the Local Brand Plan in line with strategy defined by International Marketing ·Ensure implementation of the Franchise Commercial strategy and tactics as per the Local Brand Plan ·Maximize Franchise sales and margin revenue, through effective management and execution of Franchise activities ·Manage franchise  Sales & Marketing personnel ·Co-ordinate financial processes connected to the Brand ·Identify and capitalize on new  business opportunities Establish the manpower and financial resources needed for the Franchise and timely request them to the  Affiliate Management Team .   Business Impact: ·Ensure patient access to our products ·Attain market leadership in the approved indications ·Develop hepatitis C market through collaboration with all relevant stakeholders .Co-ordinate Brand Team activities across different members/functions 


Experience:   · Medical or Pharmacy qualification · MBA is preferred · Regional experience in HCV is a must. Knowledge of stakeholders and scientific leaders in HCV is highly desirable ·Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing in a multinational company ·Expertise in developing strategic marketing plans, resource allocation, and plan execution ·Work experience in matrix organizations in a regional role dealing with diverse teams   ·Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills ·Ability to make timely complex decisions and manage in ambiguous situations ·P&L experience and overall budget responsibility is a plus ·Results oriented ·Reputation for strong ethics and integrity
