Job Description

The main role of a Preferred 01 Knowledge Team Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is to efficiently provide outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analaysis and investigation of card member's account and/or concern. Specialists receive calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, rewards and other credit card concerns. The specialist is expected to be the bank's advocate; being a dynamic and clear communicator is required to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank. 


* At least 1 year of previous Customer Satisfaction-oriented, international call centre experience or BPO experience is highly preferred for this position
* Proficient in a Windows-based environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrates decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrates efficiency with strong attention to Quality/Detail
* Must be willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
* Must be willing to work in Taguig City in shifting schedules, mostly graveyard shift
