The CORE Distribution Change Analyst works within the Business Change Team to implement business changes as a result of CORE into the Business. The CORE Distribution Change Analyst represents the Chalhoub Distribution business area, bringing their expertise of this area to the CORE project.
The CORE Distribution Change Analyst will come from an existing role in the Distribution divisions of Chalhoub, bringing to the project their understanding of business processes.
The role of the Distribution Change Analyst is to act as an expert in CORE Distribution Business Processes and to facilitate the adoption of these business processes through the project deployments. Using their knowledge of Distribution, they will validate the fit of CORE processes to the business, then help to implement new processes.
The Distribution Change Analyst works across multiple Chalhoub sites, leading the activities and deliverables of Local Distribution Business Champions who represent the Local Chalhoub businesses that are being deployed to.
The responsibility of the Distribution Change Analyst is to be an expert knowledge holder in CORE best business practices for Distribution . The Change Analyst is the owner of ‘change deliverables’ for Distribution, leading on delivery and governing on subsequent amendments. These deliverables include:

- Training Materials
- Training Delivery
- Support Materials
The Distribution Change Analyst works with the Local Business Champions to provide the link between the business and the project team.
The Distribution Change Analyst has the objective of helping to define, and subsequently facilitate the adoption of best business practice into the business.
