In the role of a Change & Implementation Specialist, you’ll plan and lead the implementation of business development and process improvements across the PPI directorate in order to enhance the overall performance of the business unit.
Being responsible for a portfolio of change initiatives will involve you undertaking scope and feasibility studies to define business requirements, analysing business impacts, designing and developing solutions through to implementation.
You will support the delivery of a strategically aligned business implementation approach for the function, that will deliver all relevant objectives, complies with all regulatory and other requirements and ensures impact on business as usual (BAU) performance is within agreed risk appetite.
You will contribute to the management and control of change activity and demand for the function, ensuring achievement of outcomes, effective readiness planning and realisation of benefits.
You will ensure all individual implementation plans are aligned, key risks are assigned to relevant owners and corrective action is taken where appropriate to keep delivery plans on track.
Your established experience and expertise in change delivery will enable you to assist where appropriate in ongoing project development, to provide subject matter advice on requirements and impacts to the function, influencing solutions and deliverables to ensure alignment to our customer strategy and target operating model

Your expert level planning and scheduling skills will ensure the complex activities of interrelated teams are controlled, co-ordinated and linked into the overall change strategy
An effective relationship builder with excellent influencing and communications skills, you will be able to articulate clearly and concisely, presenting outcomes and provide direction to a mix of audiences.
