Job Description

The Team Leader for Account Management is expected to process transactions, ensures delivery within agreed-upon timeframes and that expectations of the client and JPMorgan Chase are fully met. The individual will work closely with Service, Operation and other Implementation Team members. The Team Leader reports directly into the Process Manager and is expected to assist him/her in daily tasks as assigned relative to running day-to-day operations. Has the capacity to step-up and perform people management functions as may be assigned. 


  • Process requests efficiently to maintain current portfolio and ensure aged items are escalated appropriately
  • Provide verbal and written status updates to business partners
  • Meet or Exceed Scorecard Objectives
  • Provide support to team colleagues as required
  • Adhere to all JPMorgan Chase and department policies
  • Prepare MIS / Scorecard as required by senior management
  • Required to work in Night Shift ; has to be flexible on shifts

· Process request efficiently to maintain current portfolio and ensure aged items are escalated appropriately 
· Has to be extremely client-focused and result-oriented in approach

  • Performance of due diligence process and control-related activities
  • Ensures 100% adherence to JPMC policies and workstream specific instructions as communicated by VP and/or PM
  • Expected to be results –oriented and reliable and a positive outlook towards work



  • University Graduate with 5 years of work experience (at least 2 years of transaction processing).
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels
  • Should be a team player and a positive influence to the team
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English
  • Strong time management and organization skill
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Should have attention to detail and accuracy
