Job Description

Own and deliver Treasury Services sales targets for MNC clients in the Philippines

Own cross sell targets for the entire CIB Banking product suite including cash management, liquidity and foreign exchange solutions

Business development inclusive of relationship management and active identification & solicitation of revenue opportunities from existing as well as new clients.

Provide in country coverage for key clients working in conjunction with Global and Regional GCB and TS Sales partners to ensure coordinated coverage

Build successful relationships with internal lines of businesses inclusive of requisite product knowledge to maximize revenue growth with potential clients

Take the country lead role in the preparation and submission of single country, regional or global RFPs (i.e. coordinating the deal team, ensuring deadlines are met, etc)

Timely completion of client call reports & KYC compliance requirements

Active participation in internal & external industry sessions

Liaison with Client Service, Implementation front office functions within Treasury Services to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client-related issues escalated to Sales

Active contribution to client account planning including identification, execution and implementation of agreed client strategies

Conduct comprehensive client analysis to identify business needs that can be met with JPMorgan's broad array of corporate banking products across debt capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services, and asset management products (these include: traditional credit product, trade services, FX/rates, Flow derivatives, Commodities, Asset Management, private placements, ABS/Conduit).

Conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions


Minimum 3 years of Client Relationship management experience with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and develop network, both internally and externally

Must be able to demonstrate some credit knowledge, preferably have either been in credit or debt capital markets

Successful track record in new business development and senior relationship management; ability to influence key stakeholders

Solid knowledge of corporate banking products

Good working knowledge of transaction banking products

Strong commercial judgment

Understanding of flow derivatives, FX, commodities, transaction banking and securities processing would be very helpful.

Strong influencing skills and proven experience working in a matrix organization and local/regional reporting line

Strong communication and partnership skills


The ability to read and speak English, Tagalog (Mandarin is a plus)


Graduation / post-graduation. CA / MBA from a reputed institute preferred. CCM (Certified Cash Manager) or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers) certification are a plus
