Job Description

• Work from home set up but might be asked to work in Makati as contingency or as needed
• Become the central info center in regards to day to day activities of staff and clients
• Carry out info driven campaigns to better educate both staff and clients as to what needs to be done during different scenarios in the work engagement
• Develop innovative programs and strategies through collaboration with business units
• Assist the Manila team in efficiently liaising with clients for various purposes required
• Obtain and cascade updates from the Manila team in line with staff’s attendance or unexpected issues
• Send out important emails or newsletters during typhoon season, major events in the Philippines and other relevant events
• Work closely with the management, particularly the Staff Relations Officer to ensure smooth work flow and accurate/real time updates are obtained
• Perform other admin duties as assigned


• At least 3 years of relevant work experiences whether in a corporate set up or online
• Real time analysis and/or workforce management experiences will be an advantage
• Experience dealing with clients confidently and efficiently
• Proven skills in Customer Service and managing Customer expectations
• Strong admin skills
• Excellent English skills both in written and verbal communications
• Very reliable, takes ownership of work and process, committed and takes initiative
• Preferably someone residing within Metro Manila or at least less than an hour away from Makati
• Very reliable home office set up as with DSL connection of at least 1MBPS and a back up connection just in case
• Willing to travel to the Makati office when needed or if contingency is required
• Character references must be provided
