Our client is a real estate company located in Lagos.Applicants should have a background in law as they would serve as a client management executive Legal Executive.
*Preparing legal documents
*Attending meetings and taking minutes of the meeting
*Liaising with external solicitors
*Liaising with developers,homeowners,prospective properties and confirming the specifies of the properties.
*correspondence with external partners and agencies.
*Visiting project sites and reporting on the progress of work.
*Keep record of client interactions orm transactions,recording details of enquires, complains or comments,as welll as action taken.
*Check to make sure appropiate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
*Refer unresolved customer griveances to designated departments for further investigation.
*Liaising with IT department for matirals/brochures for lease and sales.
*Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of real estate law.
*All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION: LLB, BL in Law
Certification in CRM will be of advantage
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge in Property Law/Administrative and Secretarial duties
