Reports to the MD/CEO
Performs legal and administrative duties utilizing legal terminology, procedures, and documents.
Prepares legal documents and correspondence, such as summonses, complaints, and motions. May also assist with legal research.
Provides general client support and management.
Maintain an accurate and current client database
Resolving clients requests and complaints in a timely manner
Interacting and familiarizing with new clients
Handing over of properties and legal documents to clients
Liaising with developers, homeowners on prospective properties and confirming specifics of the property
Correspondent with partners and agencies
Liaising with external solicitors
Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of real estate law.
Attend meetings and keep a record of all proceedings
Vetting and drafting letters, contracts, agreements and ensuring that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers
Drawing up of legal documents
Preparing business contracts
Provide legal advice to management
Evaluating information to determine compliance with set standards
Attend court proceedings with external solicitors

LLB, BL in Law
Certification in CRM will be of advantage
Knowledge in Property Law/Administrative and Secretarial duties
