DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining and enhancing customer service by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures.
Acting as interface with all clients at job sites/locations responsible for managing all operational concerns raised by client.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
Participating in professional workshops and seminars and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
