Responsibilities:
Welcome potential clients and existing clients into branch offices with positive attitude, professionalism, and customer service oriented acumen.
Effectively understand company products and services with the ability to communicate those to potential and existing clients.
Provide clients with professional assistance while obtaining and recording health information.
Respond to potential client and client inquiries in a positive manner adhering to company policies and procedures. ??
Deliver expected sales and customer service results through in-store execution of programs and standards and acting as a front-line resource in building successful relationships with customers.
Improve sales and productivity by providing superior service and by promoting teamwork across all lines of business.
Will have significant responsibility in storing, displaying, and shipping products for delivery to clients that cannot make it to branch.
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Able to establish and maintain good relations with clients by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
Operate a POS machine and adhere to company policies and procedures.


Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum education of B.Sc. or equivalent.
Minimum of 1+ year of customer service, retail or beauty sales, marketing or sales.?
Must have a command primarily of the English language, with secondary language skills in Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa as an added bonus.
Prior knowledge of inventory management systems and daily sales reporting are helpful.
Proficient in the use of computer Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, must know how to navigate through the Internet and must be comfortable with social media smartphone applications.
Must show honest and ethical character attributes, proof of being a reliable, responsible, dependable employee with success of fulfilling obligations.
Must work well in a team setting with minimal supervision, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail?
Must demonstrate flexibility to handle additional job tasks and responsibilities as may be required from Management
