Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • To actively generate high quality sales for the training centre
  • To manage bookings and sales related processes for the centre
  • To liaise and work with external agencies and partners to drive programme referrals
  • To drive localised marketing and promotional activity
  • To undertake telesales related activities
  • To deliver a high quality customer service

Requirements

  • Experienced in working in afield based sales role, preferably retail although not essential
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills
  • Be highly motivated and organised
  • Driven by targets, results and high level performance
  • Exceptional people and relationship management skills
  • Possess good IT skills
