Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing effective support to new and existing clients. It ensures all clients receive effective professional communication throughout their total business implementation for all clients.
Details of the role encompass solving problems, making decisions and proposing processes and procedures. All client communication from presale to delivery of licence/agreement and necessary Labour and immigration requirements and keeping clients up to date regarding all documentation requirements. Liaison with both external and in-house Legal departmentsand making business decisions within the agreed framework as agreed with the Client Relationship Manager.
In addition, you will liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks and build strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates. Also resolve client complaints swiftly and effectively, keeping the database up to date and completing reports and administration in a timely manner.
There will be some networking events that you will be expected to attend as well as business meetings and you will promote the brand image at all times. Completion of ad hoc projects as and when required will also add benefit. Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required.
Applicants must possess 3-5 years relevant experience with a UAE or international driving license and specific knowledge, skills and abilities in the below.
